3/23: The governor has placed Washington under a “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, except for businesses considered essential. Stollwerck Plumbing is part of the sector considered an essential service and will remain open for business as usual.
Dear Valued Stollwerck Plumbing Clients,
For the health of you and our service pros, we’ve put some additional measures in place to make sure your service calls are conducted as safely and cleanly as possible:
- High touch surfaces on the inside and outside of our trucks (steering wheels, hand trucks, etc.) are being cleaned with disinfectant wipes at the beginning and end of each shift.
- In addition to wearing gloves, wearing shoe covers inside homes, each service pro has an adequate supply of hand sanitizer and sterile wipes to use at their disposal.
Any employee that comes in close contact with or receives a positive, or presumptive positive test, for COVID-19 will be asked to follow the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and stay home (we have not had any employees come in contact or test positive for the virus.)
Stollwerck Plumbing is running as scheduled. As the situation around COVID-19 evolves, we will update our plans and share information with you. If the CDC or other health organizations recommend further action, we will follow accordingly and let you know immediately.
Two Things to Note:
- Please notify Stollwerck Plumbing if you or any of the members of your household are experiencing symptoms.
- All appointment cancellations and reschedules related to COVID-19 will proceed with no cancellation fees.
J.D. and Christina Stollwerck
